New and Improved Provider PACS Portal

Windsong’s Referring Provider PACS Portal has been upgraded to provide you with an easier way to navigate images and reports. All PACS users from our historical (Old) PACS portal will be required to enter a new password in order to access the new system.

• To access the new PACS: Please contact our IT Support Help Desk Monday-Friday (7am-5pm) at 716-929-9495 to retrieve your new password.

Please Note: With migration still ongoing, not all reports and images (prior to January 30, 2023) may be readily available on the new PACS system. If you have questions or would like a particular study added to the new PACS portal, please contact Windsong’s IT Support Help Desk Monday-Friday (7am-5pm) at 716-929-9495.
