Having completed a fellowship in breast surgical oncology, Dr. Ferstenberg is highly experienced in the latest surgical techniques. She performs a variety of localization modalities for breast conserving surgery as well as utilization of oncoplastic techniques for improved cosmetic outcome.

Recent studies have demonstrated that patients treated by high-volume breast surgeons have an improved survival as compared to those patients treated by low-volume providers.

Windsong’s multidisciplinary approach allows Dr. Ferstenberg and her breast care team to work closely with a number of specialists. This ensures that patients receive individualized treatment plans designed for their cancer, employing the latest techniques.
