Linda Andreessen, DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice), is a native of Western New York. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) at University at Buffalo: The State University of New York. She went on to earn her Doctorate degree (DNP) in Clinical Practice Research from the University of Rochester. She is ANCC board certified.
Linda successfully implemented and published a hospital clinical quality improvement study and program which is currently being used in one of Western New York’s hospitals. Previously, Linda focused on venous insufficiency diagnosis and treatment in a multiple state practice, where she saw patients in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Connecticut.
Linda joined the Windsong Interventional and Vascular Services practice in 2015. She works with Dr. Dana Dunleavy and his interventional team treating patients with venous insufficiency, pelvic congestion, uterine fibroids, migraines, and vertebral compression fractures.
When she is not at Windsong, she is out with her family enjoying community events, local football games and concerts.
