Breast Patient Navigators

Supporting the Patient Journey

Windsong Breast Care provides certified Breast Patient Navigators (C-BPN) assist breast cancer patients with scheduling and coordinating appointments, answering questions, coordinating referrals, and anticipating needs.

Breast Patient Navigators have experience in radiology with a special focus on women’s imaging, breast health and breast disease.

They assist patients throughout the continuum of breast cancer care and enhance the patient’s quality of life, sense of autonomy, and self-determination for managing their own health. In addition, they meet with the newly diagnosed patient and provide them with a survivorship care plan with details on how to utilize the plan for their maximum benefit.
