Windsong has six locations as well as one mobile mammography unit in Western New York to accommodate your patients’ medical imaging needs conveniently, comfortably, and compassionately. Windsong offers advanced imaging technology backed by fellowship trained, subspecialized radiologists and highly trained, experienced technologists.

At Windsong, all of our medical imaging modalities and equipment are ACR Accredited to ensure the highest quality studies. Windsong’s Breast MRI service was the first to achieve ACR Accreditation in the Western New York region. Windsong was also the first to offer 3T Prostate MRI & MRI Guided Prostate Biopsy as well as Digital Breast Tomosynthesis in Upstate New York.

PACS Portal Access

Windsong’s Referring Provider PACS Portal has been recently upgraded to provide you with an easier way to navigate images and reports.

To access PACS for the first time: Please complete the form by following the link below to register.  This will grant you access to our Fuji PACS.

For a short time, we will leave the path to access IntelliConnect live (in yellow below) before fully converting to the Enhanced Provider Portal (Fuji Synapse) in the near future

Patient Records Requests

Instructions for Medical Record Requests

Windsong has partnered with HealthMark Group to ensure the accurate and timely completion of medical record requests.

Requests may be submitted via fax (Use your own HIPAA compliant request or this approved fax sheet) to 716-221-0369 or via email to status@healthmark-group.com

Patients or provider may also use HealthMark’s Request Manager at https://requestmanager.healthmark-group.com. Once logged in, select “Submit Request” from the menu options and enter all required fields to provide an authorization directly to HealthMark. Your medical record request will be processed, and a notification will be sent via mail or email once complete and available for download or shipping. Please allow 2-3 business days for electronic processing or 5-7 business days if CD shipping is requested (from submission to door)

Please log in to Request Manager for status updates or to chat with support. If you have any questions, you may contact HealthMark at 800-659-4035 or status@healthmark-group.com. It is strongly recommended you use email as that will guarantee the speediest response.

Emergency (STAT) requests:

Stat requests are reserved for immediate needs qualified as having a patient in the office or a pending surgery within the next 48 hours.  Please complete this STAT request form to send the request directly to the Windsong team for same-day response. Please only use this form for immediate need situations.

Pre-Authorization Support

Windsong Radiology is pleased to offer the service of obtaining authorizations for exams that require it. We realize that this process can be labor intensive and inconvenient for both you and your patients. Beginning April 1, 2024, Windsong will identify any order in our system that does not have a corresponding authorization and seek those authorizations on your behalf.

 Please note we cannot initiate authorizations for Worker’s Compensation.

TULSA Procedure – Prostate

Windsong Radiology is proud to be one of the very few locations in the U.S. to provide transurethral ultrasound ablation (TULSA), a minimally invasive procedure to treat prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH. Intent is to help prevent the loss of men’s functional abilities and improve incontinence and erectile dysfunction (ED) issues.
