Meet Robert…
Robert is a 39 year old father of three children with the youngest being just two years old. Robert worked very hard as a “tree-man” taking down trees for a local tree service when he awakened to find a large lump on his neck. His mother being a nurse recognized that he needed immediate medical attention. It turned out that Robert had Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Robert went through grueling chemotherapy treatments, and it appears that Robert is in remission on the road to recovery.
Robert’s medical oncologist that practices about 50 miles away from Windsong recognizes the expert “reads” that he gets from the PET/CT Radiologists, so he sent Robert to our office recently for his follow-up PET/CT. His doctor knew that Robert had some transportation challenges driving to Williamsville, so Windsong arranged for free transportation for his patient. Robert was very impressed not only with our beautiful facilities, but with the most caring and professional staff from the moment he walked through the door.
