Why I became a doctor/radiologist
Radiology uses advanced technologies to peer inside our bodies to help detect and monitor many diseases. As I have always had a deep fascination with the functional anatomy of the human body, this is the ideal specialty for me.
Special interests in medicine/radiology
Over the years of practice, I have really enjoyed the process of incorporating new technologies and protocols to enhance our diagnostic capabilities. This includes continued enhancements of multislice CT scanning, PET/CT, digital mammography and computer aided diagnosis.
