Interventional & Vascular Radiology
About Dr. Dunleavy: joined Windsong to lead the Interventional & Vascular Services team in their minimally invasive procedure suite. His outpatient minimally invasive suite maintains accreditation with the American Association of Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF) to provide patients minimally invasive procedures in an outpatient setting. These procedures include venous insufficiency, headaches, oncology/infection, vertebral augmentation, chronic pelvic pain/pelvic congestion syndrome and interventional radiology.
“Radiology allows us to see the anatomy of the body without the need for a scalpel. It provides
the latest technologies that allow non-invasive or minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment.
Many image-guided procedures can be performed, which avoid the need for general anesthesia
and allow for rapid recovery.”
