Windsong’s patient portal allows you access your report anytime. You can view your report 72 hours after our radiologist completes the review of your exam and signs off on your report. How to log-in To request a log-in, please fill out the form below and submit.  You will then receive an email with a temporary password. Click the link in the email, which will bring you to the login prompt, where you will enter the temporary password and then create your own personal password, entering it twice. If you receive a prompt saying this was unsuccessful, it is not necessary to enter it again. IMPORTANT: In order to view your reports, you must use Internet Explorer.

  • Open the link for the portal in Internet Explorer
  • Click log on and view your report
  • Click on “Demographics” at the top of the page
  • Next click on “Exams” to the right of demographics at the top in order to view your reports. This will bring up a list of your recent tests.
  • Highlight the report you want to view and to the far right click on “view report”
