New and Improved Provider PACS Portal
Effective immediately, Windsong’s Referring Provider PACS Portal has been switched over to iPACS, to provide you with an easier way to navigate images and reports.
All current PACS users from our historical (Old) PACS portal will be required to enter a new password in order to access the new system.
Here is how to obtain access:
- Current PACS Users: Please contact our IT Support Help Desk Monday-Friday (7am-5pm) at 716-929-9495 to retrieve your new password.
- New Users who have never used our PACS: Please visit https://ipacs.windsongwny.com/portal and click on the ‘Request Access’ link.
Please Note: At this time, due to the change in systems, reports and images prior to February 10, 2021 will NOT be available on the new iPACS portal, unless they are requested.
If reports/images prior to February 10, 2021 are required immediately, you can still access images/reports using our historical (old) PACS link.
If you would like a particular study added to the new PACS portal, please contact Windsong’s IT Support Help Desk Monday-Friday (7am-5pm) at 716-929-9495. .
