New and Improved Provider PACS Portal
Windsong’s Referring Provider PACS Portal has been upgraded to provide you with an easier way to navigate images and reports. All current PACS users from our historical (Old) PACS portal will be required to enter a new password in order to access the new system. Here is how to obtain access:
- To access the previous PACS: Please visit https://ipacs.windsongwny.com/Portal/app#/ or use the link below. Your previous login information is still active.
- To access the new PACS: Please contact our IT Support Help Desk Monday-Friday (7am-5pm) at 716-929-9495 to retrieve your new password.
Please Note: At this time, due to the change in systems, reports and images prior to January 30, 2023 will NOT be available on the new iPACS portal, unless they are requested. If you have questions or would like a particular study added to the new PACS portal, please contact Windsong’s IT Support Help Desk Monday-Friday (7am-5pm) at 716-929-9495.
