Flexible and generous paid time off

Starting with 22 paid PTO days available during the first year of employment for full time employees (increases with years of service up to 27 days and generous rollover of unused time) plus 8 paid holidays

Above market benefits include 8.5% in company contributions towards your retirement (3% safe harbor, 5.5% profit sharing) and the ability to defer immediately into your 401k on day 1 of employment
