Katherine Jeffries-Coppola, MFT, RN I have been a nurse for over twenty years and hold a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have additional training as a Medical Family Therapist and feel the sum of my training has helped me understand my client’s challenges and issues. I help clients make changes to improve the quality of their life and their relationships. Helping clients manage their problems and gain a better understanding of their situation helps them reduce stress and anxiety. My approach is strength based therapy that I believe helps my clients move towards their goals to have a happier and healthier life. I enjoy working with couples, individuals, and families. Instead of taking care of patient’s physical health I now help women/men with their emotional wellbeing and the challenges breast cancer can bring.
