Windsong participated in the 2012 Family Health Fair at the Amherst Senior Center on Saturday August 4th hosted by NYS Senator Michael Ranzenhofer by providing free bone density screening for osteoporosis. Senator Ranzenhofer reports that over 600 residents attended the health fair this year. Windsong provided screening to 58 people during the four hour period. Dr. Raja Cheruvu, Windsong Radiologist provided the screening results directly to each person, and was available to answer questions on bone density and osteoporosis and other imaging services such as Prostate MRI and Digital Breast Tomosynthesis available at Windsong.
