Windsong woman’s imaging radiologist, Dr. Anna Chen, presented a one hour lecture to OBGYN residents, medical students, and attending physicians from the University at Buffalo OBGYN residency program at the Women’s & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo on October 3, 2012 for their Grand Rounds. The topic of her lecture to the approximately 50 physicians and medical students was “Breast Cancer Screening and Detection.” Dr. Chen’s presentation was comprehensive in all aspects of breast imaging including the newest technology available in mammography called Digital Breast Tomosynthesis (DBT) as well as an update on recently passed legislation in New York State for reporting of breast tissue density on mammograms.
